Yoga Trauma Therapy

It is a one to one session lasting one hour. During a session, a mixture of yoga techniques and neuropsychological methods will be introduced to help in processing and recovering from trauma and PTSD. There is no min level of fitness required.

The expected outcome of therapy are:

  • Increased resilience of the nervous system.
  • You should feel more in control and more compound.
  • Boundaries should be re-established.
  • Anxiety should be more bearable and manageable.
  • Memories should not have an emotional burden.
