 Ayurveda is the ancient Indian medicine, known as a holistic approach to physical and mental health. It is one of the world’s oldest medical.

Ayurvedic treatment combines products (mainly derived from plants but may also include animal, metal, and mineral), diet, exercise, and lifestyle.

Ayurvedic Practitioners is looking at the person as the whole, not naming or diagnosing a disease nor labelling any part of a person body, but understanding the path or cause that led to a problem. The ayurvedic practitioner needs to understand the current situation and the history behind the presenting problem to offer the solution.
